You will be tasked with providing detailed unit quantity take-offs on multiple development projects and asked to use your experience to join in on design meeting with engineers as well as build budgets using unit pricing, providing input on cost-saving opportunities Salary and benefits are commensurate with your experience. My client, a national developer/builder of residential for sale product has an immediate need for a Director of Land Acquisition to serve the operating division in Salt Lake City.
This position reports directly to the Division President and will handle all the land buying responsibilities to feed a growing operational division. The applicant will have 4+ years of experience sourcing deals from and landowners, brokers, and other developers.
Strong technical skills required to provide acquisition packages including cost estimates, product recommendations, fees, delivery timing, etc.

Director of Purchasing
Location: SF Bay Area, CA

The position will report to the VP of Purchasing (SoCal) and have all the responsibilities associate with the contracting of vertical construction in the region (+500 closings a year). The successful applicant with have a minimum of 5 years in a similar position, a complete knowledge of value engineering, scopes of work, construction techniques, construction materials and have working relationships with production orientated subcontractors, Civil Engineers, Architects, utility planners, etc.

My client has an immediate need for a qualified VP of Warranty Service to join their management team in Irvine.
They are a diversified developer of both single-family and multi-family product in SoCal. The successful candidate will have VP-level experience in all phases of customer care (residential real estate) from frame walk through the close of the warranty period. Additional responsibilities include direction and office/field staff, managing customer expectations, open requests aging reports, buyer surveys, and administering the warranty program by changing procedures that need to be changed and enhancing tools/programs that are working.
